Shannon Shryne
Vice President – Development

Shannon Shryne

In her 16 years with MDA, Shryne’s track record of fundraising and relationship building has enabled her to steadily advance through the Association’s management to her role as its National Director of Business Development. Her expertise in cultivating and recruiting sponsors and donors, budgeting, special-event planning and program development makes her a central figure in maintaining many of the Association’s vital corporate relationships. Shryne played a vital role in creating MDA Augie’s Quest, a fundraising program focused on ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), and a resulting network of ALS special events that have generated substantial new income for MDA. She has also successfully recruited new corporate sponsorships and coordinated programs that have not only brought new income, but have steadily increased in income each year. She received her BS from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
